Harrison Santangelo was appointed President at the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce in June of 2025. He brings a strong background in business development and marketing, having held key positions across the construction, gaming, and advertising industries, and most recently, spending four years helping lead a chamber in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Harrison's educational journey includes studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Montgomery County Community College, Rosemont College, and Villanova University, following his grade school years in the Owen J. Roberts School District. He takes pride in his advocacy efforts, his ability to promote and connect both large corporations and small businesses, his experience in planning large community events, and work in destination tourism marketing.

Born in Villanova, Harrison moved to Pottstown at the age of five. He married his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, in 2018, and they spent six years living in Myrtle Beach, SC. After their time at the beach, Harrison and Stephanie relocated back to Pottstown, PA, where they now reside with their three children, Thea, Benjamin, and James. Outside of his professional life, Harrison enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and playing sports. He also has a passion for building and racing cars and established a 501c3 in 2022 called Driving Positivity, aiming to develop the next generation of motorsport professionals and enthusiasts.

Harrison looks forward to helping the local business community thrive and is always available to discuss ways to improve the TriCounty region!

Hailey is the Marketing & Communications Director for the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce, where she develops and executes marketing and communication strategies to enhance the Chamber’s visibility, engage members, and promote local business growth.

She serves as Committee Chair for TriCounty Young Professionals, empowering professionals ages 21-40 in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties to connect, expand networks, and develop their careers. Hailey also chairs the REACH Committee, a women’s professional program focused on networking, development, mentorship, and service. REACH embodies the philosophy of reaching out—sharing time, talents, and gifts with those in need while offering tools to advance career goals.

A native of Pennsylvania and proud graduate of Coastal Carolina University, Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) and MBA in just four years. At Coastal, she was a highly involved student leader, active in the American Marketing Association and Delta Sigma Pi, and held multiple Graduate Student Association roles, including MBA Representative, Treasurer, and Social Media Coordinator. She also served as a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing and Hospitality Department of the Wall College of Business.

A former Division I athlete and Vice President of Coastal’s Women’s Club Lacrosse Team, Hailey now channels her passion into coaching youth lacrosse, fostering growth on and off the field. She loves giving back, building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in the next generation.

She also serves on the Marketing Committee and Board of Directors for the Foundation for Pottstown Education and volunteers to support local organizations frequently.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time outdoors, doing work for her own small businesses, baking, reading, and binge-watching a good show. Her dedication, collaborative spirit, and experience as a former athlete inform her results-driven approach in all she does.
