All TCACC members are invited to participate in our Empowering and Connecting programs.

REACH is not an acronym but a philosophy to REACH out and take the hand of someone who needs us to help pull them up. We REACH out and share our time, talents, and gifts with others who need support, and we offer professional development to REACH for our career goals.

REACH Programming is under the TCACC Foundation, Inc. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a purpose of fostering community development and leadership and as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the Foundation is eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions and depends partly on donations from businesses.

Programming is designed by an active committee of professional women focusing on bringing together professionals in the tri-county region to network, build relationships, and access professional development and educational opportunities designed to empower and inspire. Formerly WOW: Women of the Workforce, REACH officially launched in June 2019.

We encourage all TCACC members to participate in the program. REACH programming & resources include:

REACH Luncheons:

Quarterly, we host REACH Luncheons with special women guest speakers. These events also feature time dedicated to networking and relationship building.

REACH Relationships & Coffee:

The TriCounty Area Chamber's REACH group is offering you the opportunity to make more connections over coffee. Meet on the last Friday of every month to build your relationships with fellow REACH Members. Join us to meet new people, check in with each other, and share inspiration. Grow your network and connect with other professional women, and non-binary people, in the tri-county region.
