About the Program
Leadership TriCounty is our tuition-based program administered through the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. Since its inception in 1993, the program has prepared more than 250 community members for leadership positions in the tri-county area. Each Leadership class is comprised of no more than 25 individuals who have been selected for their potential to expand their involvement in the development of the tri-county area. Each member has made a demonstrated commitment to leadership in both their community and place of employment. These individuals represent business and industry, government, the arts, volunteer and social organizations, education, professional groups, labor, hospitals, and utilities.
Why Leadership TriCounty?
Each participant will be equipped with the personal skills and understanding of the problems, opportunities and resources which exist within the communities of the tri-county area so they may be effective in assuming responsible and demanding roles in the solutions of a spectrum of challenges facing Southeastern Berks, Northern Chester and Western Montgomery Counties.
This program provides participants with foundations to build a strong local network, deepening individual connections to the community, and making more committed leaders to serve within your organization and throughout our region.

About the Director
Jenna became a certified coach and trainer in 2018 with the mission to facilitate growth in the lives of others.
She works with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leadership Development, Growth & Resilience, and Effective Communications.
Certified in both DISC and EQ, Jenna helps people leverage behavioral and emotional awareness of themselves and others to increase effectiveness and strengthen connection, collaboration, and communication at home, at work and in the community.
