Meet the TriCounty Chamber’s new board members
It is a great feeling when you know there is a group of people that truly has your back and believes in the work that you are doing.
It is even more rewarding when it is a group of volunteers — who have their own business to run, their own lives, their own passions — and the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce is on that list!
Having a committed group of volunteers was crucial as we worked to make some tough decisions and sustain our organization through the pandemic’s impact. Our Board of Directors rose to the challenge.
As everyone is aware, the world is not exactly the same — so challenging work is still necessary by our volunteer board members as we re-evaluate our programming and priorities to make sure we are meeting our members’ needs and set a strategic and sustainable future for our organization.
I am excited to share that we have recently appointed five new members to the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The following five individuals will begin volunteering as new members of the Board of Directors immediately and they will serve unexpired terms of previous board members.
Ron Chelli was recently named the new president of Translogistics. He is joining TLI with a successful sales-focused career. Once a customer of Translogistics, he has a real-world view of the company, and he is most excited about TLI’s culture as he embarks on this next chapter. The former president of TLI shared that Ron is “a person of integrity and character” and we are excited to have Ron fit right in with our Chamber values.
James “Keller” Keller will bring a representative from World Travel back onto the chamber board. Keller had been in Pottstown for a year when he joined the company as vice president of meetings and events. He is excited to personally be more involved in the community where he lives and for the company to increase its involvement as the industry works to return to normal.
Clark Dhein is the president of MacKissic Inc. in Parker Ford. Clark became president in 2018 after coming to the company in November of 2013. He has pretty much done every job in the company at one time or another and looks forward to taking MacKissic into the future and engaging the company more in the community.
Dave Lindenmuth will also bring a representative from Lewis Environmental back on the board. Lewis Environmental went through a recent reorganization and Dave was named president/Chief Operating Officer of the company — a company that he has worked at for over 23 years. He looks forward to bringing his expertise in developing goals and strategies to support and advance the mission and vision of the chamber.
Drew Griffin, of Lead Bubble, was our chamber’s 2022 volunteer of the year and has been an asset and a crucial part of the growth of Chamber Chat. Drew’s company at the time, Delicious Marketing, joined the chamber in 2019 and he has been engaged from day one. Drew is anxious for the opportunity to continue to support and serve the organization.
A very grateful welcome to these five new members of the TriCounty Area Chamber board and a huge thank you to our existing leadership. Click here to see our entire team of volunteer leaders.
