They say Chamber professionals are the engine behind the organization. Meet the individuals who are the engine behind the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce! A small, but mighty, team made up of four individuals. Even though they have different skills and backgrounds, they all share a mutual interest of wanting the best for their members! This is our team.

Hailey Heimbach, Marketing & Communications Director LinkedIn
Hailey joined the
Chamber in September 2021 as the Marketing and Communications Director. Hailey manages
a variety of communications between the Chamber and the community, such as the
website, social media, publications, and the designing of all marketing
materials. Fun Fact: Did you know Hailey got recruited to play Division 1
lacrosse in college? She got her BS in Marketing and her MBA all in 4 years. During
her four years at Coastal Carolina University, Hailey was an officer for the
American Marketing Association and for the Universities Co-Ed business fraternity,
Delta Sigma Pi, the MBA Representative, Treasurer, and Social Media Coordinator
for the Graduate Student Association, a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing and
Hospitality Department, and was an active volunteer on campus. Some additional fun facts about Hailey are that she loves
the beach, any Dolly Parton song, any Reese Witherspoon movie, animals, her
family, and of course- Marketing!
Alice Funk, Programs
& Member Engagement Director LinkedIn
Alice joined the Chamber in July 2021 as the Programs and Member Engagement Director. Alice is your liaison for the many programs and events that the Chamber offers. Alice is originally from NJ, but always came to PA to visit relatives in Pottstown and Douglasville growing up. A fun fact about Alice is that she had 3 children in 19 months- Danny and then twins Nikki & Bill. Her Dad owned a Dunkin Donuts while she was growing up, and that is where she worked her first real job. Alice also has owned her own scrapbooking businesses for the past 22 years. She understands the operations of big corporations, small offices, as well as one-man proprietorships.
Eileen Dautrich, IOM, PaCCE, President ‘The Legend’ LinkedIn
Eileen
is known as 'The Legend - 20 Years and Counting' around here. Fun
fact - Eileen began her Chamber career while home during the summer of 1990 -
her first summer home from college. She worked for what was the Boyertown Area
Chamber of Commerce. Each summer thereafter Eileen worked an internship at the
TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce. Then 2 weeks before school was to start,
Eileen finished her internship to move to Camp Hill to use the degree she just
received to be a business education teacher. She took a one year position at
the Camp Hill High School to fill a position for a teacher taking a one year
sabbatical. Other fun facts - Eileen also spent time as a Business education
teacher at the Wilson and Daniel Boone School Districts. In between teaching
positions she had other jobs at the Chamber - she served as business manager
and an administrative assistant before leaving teaching to return to the
Chamber in March of 1999. Eileen is excited to celebrate her 11 year
anniversary of being named president of the organization which was effective
November 1, 2010. She is dedicated to your Chamber and is blessed to do something
she loves everyday!
Melissa Shainline, Administrative
& Member Services Director LinkedIn
Melissa is known as the 'TriCounty Encyclopedia.’ She knows
everything and anything about this Chamber and our members. Melissa is second
in seniority at the Chamber. She began her employment with the Chamber over 8
years ago as Administrative Assistant. She began her role as Administrative
& Member Services Director in July 2019. Melissa also shares her time in
the Chamber office with Pottstown Area Industrial Development, Inc. serving as
a part-time Administrative Assistant. A
fun fact about Melissa is she raises honeybees and does it for: her love of
agriculture, encouraging more women to be involved in agriculture, and It’s extremely
scientific. She is working on getting her small business setup. Melissa has
also been knitting, painting, and doing embroidery for over 20 years! The final
fun fact about Melissa is she has a background in large animal science,
specifically equine nutrition.
